Tea questions
How do I brew ROKA tea?
As a general guideline, use 2 grams of tea per 200 ml of water. Heat the water between 70–100°C depending on the tea type, and steep for 1–3 minutes. Adjust the time slightly to match your taste preference. All ROKA teas can be infused multiple times.
Can I re-steep the leaves?
Yes. High-quality loose leaf tea is suitable for multiple infusions. Simply extend the brewing time slightly with each additional steep to fully explore the tea’s evolving flavor profile.
How should I store my tea?
Store your tea in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from heat, light, moisture, and strong odors. Proper storage preserves freshness and aroma.
Do you sell tea bags?
No. ROKA is exclusively loose leaf. Whole leaves allow for better expansion during brewing, resulting in greater depth, aroma, and complexity.
